Mike Puraty, who lives in Las Vegas has been our point man, in working out the details, for the reunion and will be our host contact person. SLEEPING ROOM INFORMATION:
All rooms, single or double are $89.00. Reunion date is 27-29 June, but rooms (15 doubles, 15 singles) are locked in two days before and two days after, same price, for those that may want to arrive early or depart late. All rates are subject to a 9% room tax.

ROOM RESERVATIONS /CUT OFF DATE Each person will be paying for all its own charges and calling to make their own reservation. All reservations must be made 30days prior to arrival in order to ensure the group rate. Any reservations made after May 23, 2008, will be given the group rate based upon availability so you are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible. When making your reservations, let management know that you will be with Co A, 2-5 Cav reunion Group.

COMPLIMENTARY ROOM POLICY Any reservation booked Via-Internet Companies other than Choice Hotel, will not be counted towards the total room count or block.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 noon.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE
Complimentary transportation service from and to the airport will be provided 24 hours a day.

Shuttles are available from 0630 until 2230 for transportation to the strip, with ONLY two locations that are serviced: MGM Entrance at South part of the Strip and the Flamingo Hotel at Central Strip.

MEETING ROOM INFORMATION
We will have a hospitality room (Magnolia Room), where we will meet and hangout from 0800-2400 daily 27-28 June.

- All meeting rooms are non-smoking. Pllease inquire for designated smoking areas.
- As per Hotel Policy there will be no ffood brought in or removed from the Banquet Rooms by guests. We will arrange for the catering of all foods/snacks/drinks & etc., for the hospitality room, by the hotel.

All food and beverage items consumed in banquet rooms, hotel outlets and hospitality rooms must be purchased from the Clarion Hotel and Suites Emerald Springs (Hotel Policy). It is their policy that no outside food or liquor be brought into the function rooms or hospitality suites without prior approval. Mike Puraty and I would like to thank all of you for your help and support in putting this together. It takes all of us in order to make our reunion a success. We apologize for the delay and any inconveniences we may have caused, during this process.
